此铜鎏金嘎呜器身金水饱满，正面窗口四周雕有一圈繁复的花纹，顶为摩尼宝，下方有供品一盘，底为莲花座。
雪狮是一种传说圣兽，守护着西藏高原，在藏民心中有着崇高地位。此铜鎏金雪狮皮壳包浆浑厚，面容威仪，双足站立，昂首仰望，双手舒展，须鬣与尾巴精神飞扬。
