A gold plated bronze version of the New York Historical Society Centennial Medal from 1904 by Brenner. The obverse has John Pintard (founder) and Egbert Benson (First President). The reverse has old and new NY Historical Society buildings with the phrase "It is delightful to recall the past". Pintard was also involved in the founding of American Antiquarian Society, Tammany Society and American Bible Society.
