White metal version sold last month, this is the bronze medal listed in Smedley. 50th Anniversary of the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer in New York City (173 East 3rd Street). Medal is oval shaped with a top are designed for a suspension hole. Obverse has Christ carrying a cross with the wording in German "O Holy Redeemer, have mercy on us" Reverse has the Church dates 1844-1894 and location Smedley #4, Obtained 9/86.
