直径27.3 cm.
拍品敞口，弧腹，圈足。通体白釉为底，青花作饰。盘心、盘口沿均饰青花双线纹，盘心青花双圈内有两隻绘工对称的凤凰，俗称“对头凤”，其间绘以朵云纹。外壁口沿一圈青花纹，足上饰双线青花纹，外壁饰一对凤凰如意云纹，以十字云分隔。盘底落青花“大清同治年製”六字双行楷书款。宫廷以凤为皇后的图腾，此对头凤纹盘工整有序，象征皇后德洽六宫。
