A set of six Chinese paintings on canvas of Buddhist figures including Luohan and Buddha dating from the 18th or 19th century. Dimensions are: each painting measures 23 1/2 inches tall X 17 1/2 inches wide, 59.7 cm X 44.5 cm. All measurements are approximate. High resolution photos can be found here. Condition: The paintings all feature damage including abrasions, wear to the surface, and tears. Provenance: From a private collection in Lorton, Virginia.
