A Chinese watercolor and ink painting on paper of ten chicks by Qi Baishi that was given to Guangtao. It has an inscription and three seals, and it has been mounted on a silk backing and framed. Dimensions are: 40 inches tall X 13 1/2 inches wide, 101.6 cm X 34.3 cm, while the frame measures 48 inches tall X 17 1/2 inches wide, 121.9 cm X 44.5 cm. All measurements are approximate. Mr. Zhang was born in 1910 and was a member of the first National Assembly in 1948.
