Two Peruvian repousse silver frames with easel backs, one being a geometric design and the second frame using enlarged scrollwork and scallops in the design. Dimensions are: Horizontal frame: 9 3/8 inches tall X 9 3/4 inches wide ; 23.81 cm tall X 24.76 cm wide. Sight area: 4 3/4 inches tall X 6 5/8 inches wide; 12.06 cm tall X 16.82 cm wide. Vertical frame: 9 5/8 inches tall X 7 3/8 inches wide; 24.44 cm tall X 18.73 cm wide. Sight area: 6 3/4 inches tall X 4 1/2 inches wide; 17.14 cm tall X 11.43 cm wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: Dents on the side and lower panel of the horizontal frame and finish coming off the edges of wooden frame. Provenance: From a Northern Virginia collection.
