The third is a watercolor and ink on paper painting depicting a praying mantis; it includes 2 inscriptions and 3 seals and is mounted on silk backing with silk dowels. The fourth is an ink on paper calligraphy with 2 seals; it is mounted on silk backing with wood dowels. The fifth is a watercolor and ink on paper painting depicting a kingfisher on a flowering tree; it includes an inscription and 1 seal and is mounted on silk backing with wood dowels. The last is a watercolor and ink on paper painting depicting 7 shrimp; it includes an inscription and 1 seal and is mounted on silk backing with wooden dowels. The book is a rubbing and contains a biography of General Yun Hui from the Tang dynasty written by a Tang historian, it includes 6 seals. Dimensions are: 38 inches tall X 14 3/4 inches wide; 96.5 cm tall X 37.5 cm wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: Book has damage to cover and spine with deterioration of inner pages.
