Cloisonne-adorned carriage with gilt, chain suspended coral, jade, and possibly amber. Base and carriage are possibly rosewood. Female figure holds a cloisonne fan with the face and hands in an unknown white material. Dimensions are: 12 1/8 inches tall X 13 1/8 inches wide X 5 3/4 inches deep; 31 cm tall X 33.3 cm wide X 14.6 cm deep. All measurements are approximate. Condition: Seven chain and gem ornaments are missing. Finish on horse and female figures robe are tarnished. One amber post top is missing on carriage. Provenance: From a private New York City collection. Purchased from the estate of Ellen Dembrowski.
