A Chinese famille rose teapot in the shape of a peach dating from the 19th century. It has a branch-form spout, handle, and foot. One side features a roundel with Shou riding a crane, and the other side features a roundel with a woman in a boat. Both roundels are framed with bats and reside on an incised green ground with flowers. Dimensions are: 6 1/4 inches tall X 8 1/8 inches wide, 15.9 cm X 20.6 cm. All measurements are approximate.
