A Chinese hardwood scroll form wrist rest with a pierced jade plaque dating from the Ming dynasty inset on top. The plaque features a dragon quatrefoil and lingzhi on a geometric ground. Dimensions are: the jade measures 3 inches tall X 6 inches wide, 7.6 cm X 15.2 cm, while the whole top surface of the wrist rest measures 3 3/8 inches tall X 8 1/2 inches wide, 8.6 cm X 21.6 cm.
