A Chinese tripod cloisonne incense burner dating from the Ming dynasty. The exterior features lotus tracery on a blue ground, and the bottom has a black ground with a 1-character mark. It has beast head legs. The interior depicts a pair of guardian lions on a blue ground framed by lotus tracery on a white ground. Dimensions are: 3 1/2 inches tall X 5 1/2 inches wide, 8.9 cm X 14 cm. All measurements are approximate.
