Not examined outside of the frame. With COA from Signature House. Charles Benter (1887-1964) organized and led the United States Navy Band and organized the U.S. Navy School of Music. He was present on the USS Henderson during the 1923 voyage to Alaska just days before President Warren Harding died. Condition: Lightly toned. Frame moderately scratched with some chipping.
