Included in this group are the signatures of Frederick Muhlenberg, Jonathan Trumbull Jr., Theodore Sedgewick, Joseph Varnum, Andrew Butler, Dixon Miles, DeWitt Clinton, William B. Bankhead, Humphry Humbert, Michael Dukakis, Alexander Haig, and Storm Thurmond, among others. Condition: A few instances of dried adhesive residue or tape on verso indicating previous mounting.
