款识：丁亥梅雨稚柳居士效宋人笔。 钤印：谢稚、稚柳、乌衣、定定馆、迟燕草堂 谢稚柳（1910～1997），原名稚，字稚柳，后以字行，晚号壮暮翁，斋名鱼饮溪堂、杜斋、烟江楼、苦篁斋。江苏常州人。擅长书法及古书画的鉴定。初与张珩（张葱玉）齐名，世有“北张南谢”之说。历任上海市文物保护委员会编纂、副主任、上海市博物馆顾问、中国美协理事、上海分会副主席、中国书法家协会理事、上海分会副主席、国家文物局全国古代书画鉴定小组组长、国家文物鉴定委员会委员等。着有《敦煌石室记》、《敦煌艺术叙录》、《水墨画》等，编有《唐五代宋元名迹》等。
