识文：祥儿在宅打搅，早晚可戒告，使勿胡行为好，写去事可令一一为之。诸友至此，多瞢慢，见时皆可致意。徐老先生处，可特为一行拜意。朱克相兄，亦为一问，致勉励之怀。余谅能心照，不一一耳。守仁拜。 藏印：一庄水竹数床书、汪士慎印、觉斯、修竹书房、韩氏博文、雪翁、高氏清吟堂鉴藏书画、痴仙道人 陈继儒（1558～1639），字仲醇，一字眉公，号麋公、眉道人、白石樵、白石山樵、雪堂，华亭（今上海市松江）人。年二十一补诸生，万历十四年自除学籍，取儒衣冠焚弃去，隐居昆山之阳，后居东畲山，杜门著述。工诗善文。书法苏轼、米芾，兼能绘事，善写水墨梅、竹，山水亦佳，气韵空远，名重一时，与董其昌齐名。
