此冲耳炉端庄大气，饱满沈稳，平口外侈，上置双冲耳，其型圆润，腹鼓而肥，缓缓收向三足，线条圆熟朴拙，处理极为精妙，三足丰润，踞地有力。炉底中央开框，内署「思山」篆书款，款式少见，地浅字深，字体端正，大方得体，布局均衡，字面、字口周正。炉身铜质细腻，皮壳斑驳自然，可堪玩味。
