A Chinese Yaozhou kiln meiping vase dating from the 20th century. The exterior is incised with floral tracery with a lotus petal band around its base and is glazed olive green. The mouth is shaped like a knob. There is a 5-character mark on the bottom. Dimensions are: 8 3/4 inches tall X 4 1/2 inches wide, 22.2 cm X 11.4 cm. All measurements are approximate. Condition: There is chipping to the bottom of the foot and some iron pits throughout.
