周以鴻，江蘇江都人，出生於世家，擅於工筆繪畫，畫作細膩典雅，舉凡花鳥、魚蟲、山水、人物、走獸，每幅都畫的栩栩如生。1943 年周以鴻僅及弱冠之年，在上海寧波同鄉會展出個人首次畫展，獲得極高的評價。盛況空前，轟動了整個上海、震驚了同時在中國畫苑展覽的國畫大師張大千專程過訪並結為莫逆之交，傳為藝壇佳話。 周以鴻（白）？（朱）。 己未冬月樹林仁兄雅正 周以鴻畫於昨非軒。
