A set of six early 20th century Iranian (Persian) silver tea glass holders, Shiraz circa 1930 Pahlavi dynasty, the tea glass holders (Russian Podstakannik) with spreading circular bases, the bodies with pierced repoussé and deep chased monabbat-kari decoration, each with the winged symbol of Ahura Mazda (Ormuzd) supreme god of the Zoroastrian from the Royal Audience Hall of Darius I at Persepolis, flanked by a seated Darius with a fan bearer and servant attended to by a heavenly figure, possibly Anahita, all reserved with scrollwork and trailing peonies.
