A framed Chinese round crane ranking badge dating from the 19th century. The crane is surrounded by the eight Buddhist emblems with butterflies and floral tracery. Dimensions are: 12 inches diameter, 30.5 cm, while the frame measures 16 1/2 inches tall X 16 1/2 inches wide, 41.9 cm X 41.9 cm. All measurements are approximate.
