A Chinese famille rose porcelain plaque of Chang'e by Zhang Jian in a wooden table screen and stand. The plaque depicts Chang'e with a rabbit among the moon and clouds. On the plaque, there is one seal and a signature by the artist, Xin Jian. The reverse of the screen has a card with provenance information. Dimensions are: the plaque measures 13 3/4 inches tall X 9 inches wide, 34.9 cm X 22.9 cm, while the screen with the stand measures 21 1/2 inches tall X 13 inches wide, 54.6 cm X 33 cm.
