A pair of Chinese famille rose porcelain plaques dating from the Republic period depicting 'Three Kingdoms' by Zhang Zhenqi. The plaques together feature eight figures in courtly scenes. Each has an inscription and one seal, and they are framed. Dimensions are: 14 1/2 inches tall X 9 1/2 inches wide, 36.8 cm X 24 cm, while the frame measures 15 1/2 inches tall X 10 1/2 inches wide, 39.4 cm X 26.7 cm. All measurements are approximate.
