宋元时期风格。白玉质，圆雕天禄，局部受沁呈红褐色。天禄做趴伏状，面部狭长，双目圆凸，长角，尾巴卷曲贴身。身体两侧饰有火云纹装饰。整体形象写实。玉雕天禄以站姿居多，此件蹲卧天禄不常见。 天禄又称“天鹿”，是中国古代神话传说中的神兽，似鹿而长尾，与“天命”和“禄位”有关，谓能祓除不祥，永绥百禄，故称为天禄。
