本品敞口微撇，弧壁，圈足，内外以青花绘西番莲纹，造型规整，胎质洁白，釉质莹润，青料发色艳丽其意喻深刻，”青”代表”清”，”莲”代表”廉”，以青花莲花谐音”清廉”，希望时政”清廉”。整器青花发色鲜艳明快，浓淡相宜，布局疏密有致，层次清晰，画工点染细腻，制器考究，颇为难得。“大清光绪年制”六字二行青花楷书款《宫廷珍藏——中国清代官窑瓷器》页463；《异彩纷呈——浙江省博物馆藏瓷选集》页112-113；《东莞市博物馆藏陶瓷》页41，图37；《清代瓷器赏鉴》页288，图384。
