●13个●约500g●广东本港|red赤嘴鳘鱼胶，是取自于长年生活在从未受过污染的深水海洋的赤嘴鳘鱼体内的气囊，俗称鱼鳔，具有极高的餐饮营养价值而又是稀有珍贵药材，其价值可“贵如黄金”。赤嘴鳘的鱼胶有很高的药用价值，也是整条鱼的精华。产自中国沿海的本港鱼胶质量上乘，滋补、药效均优于其他产地。近年来因自然环境改变，体硕、质优的本港鱼种几乎绝迹，本港鳘鱼胶更是市面难寻。 赤嘴鳘鱼胶也有公母之分，公鱼胶价格更高，母胶相比公胶价格要略低。公胶有U形纹，肚身较厚而边薄，身价较高；母胶则多呈横纹，厚度均匀，无论公母老胶更为滋补，更容易吸收。鱼胶陈放越久，伴随着氧化营养成分越精、越纯。
