玉镯为和阗白玉质地，圆环形，雕琢工艺干净利落，较粗处雕琢双龙戏珠，苍龙凸目，炯炯有神，长角伸向后背，须髯相互连接，惜两支须已残端，以纯金丝代替勾连。此件玉镯的独特之处在于龙头之间为活珠，可以灵活转动。双龙戏珠镯常见，但宝珠为活珠者甚为稀有，虽残尤珍。
