PULPIT OR PAGODA IN PORCELAIN ENAMEL "BLANC DE CHINE".

The lower and upper parts of octagonal/facetted section are joined together by a middle part forming an hourglass and a ladder operating the junction. Centring the upper part encircled by a barrier, a tubular protuberance which could have been intended to accommodate a removable part, here lacunar. The whole is covered with a white glaze with both ivory and pinkish reflections (one ball missing from the barrier, another ball glued back together).
