辽代的铜佛造像甚多为花口式圆形台座，莲花瓣饱满，坐像上半身略偏长，在袖口和裙下部往往有曲折蜿蜒如小蛇状的衣纹。此尊观音菩萨像头戴风帽，前坐一小化佛，面容丰圆饱满，细长的弯眉鼻梁相连双眉微启，大耳贴面，表情端庄静穆，上身披帛而下，衣袖纹褶曲伏绵绵，身躯饱满，上身偏长，给人以凛凛堂堂伟岸端庄之感。右臂于胸前结说法印，左臂置腹前结禅定印捧钵（已佚）。衣褶清晰流畅，起伏转折明显，结跏趺坐于束腰大仰莲式莲座（连六方底座）。莲瓣肥硕饱满，舒展自如，花瓣尖端向外翘起，极为生动，时代特征显著。此尊坐姿观音像历尽沧桑，红斑绿锈，形成自然古旧之美，弥足珍贵。有伤，右手指断了一根，左手铜钵丢失，背光丢失
