A square Chinese famille rose bowl dating from the early-19th century. The bowl features a bat and a peach motif on the bottom, and 8 bats are featured around the rim of the exterior. The basin depicts a pair of birds among flowers, flowering branches, and lingzhi mushrooms. Dimensions are: 1 1/2 inches tall X 7 1/8 inches wide; 3.8 cm X 18.1 cm. All measurements are approximate.
