A Chinese famille rose porcelain plaque dating from the 18th century and with a zitan frame. The plaque is green ground and features ruyi tracery, peaches, and lotuses with a Greek key border. The frame features a ruyi border. Dimensions are: sight size- 16 3/4 inches tall X 16 3/4 inches wide; 42.5 cm tall X 42.5 cm wide. Frame- 19 1/4 inches tall X 19 1/4 inches wide; 49.5 cm tall X 49.5 cm wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: There are numerous areas of repainting along the Greek key border.
