铜器香炉是盛放香料燃烧的熏香器具。整体炉体呈现椭圆型，下有圆形柱和扁圆型底座，下有三枚兽足。刺绣艺术家综合运用平绣，用深棕色、棕黄、浅黄等几十种颜色，几百个色级绣出铜器简洁而精美的造型，明暗过渡自然，针法细腻、准确，连铜器上的铜绿和斑迹也被表现出来了，整体绣面端庄、素雅，表现了苏绣高超的工艺。绣品由有数十年艺龄的陆巧玲所作，高级工艺美术师吴金凤指导。
