Rare, Chinese 14th Century Ming Dynasty Period, lustrous enameled gilt bronze three peaks brush stand. The brush stand repoussed in thick, slight tall, the top carved like three mountain rock where the middle is higher than the left and the right side, all the rim surface covered with gilt, raised in small short rectangle flat base on the corner side. All reserved hand painted ornamentations are rendered in clean white base color which contrast against the cobalt blue fine color. Without overlap the outlines of the design, well carved, clear, subtle, distinct, and the shape is uniformly proportioned.
