青白玉質，外側兩端及內側雕齒狀凸起，左右對稱，正中穿孔，以供佩戴，璜兩面滿雕榖紋，玉質淡青泛白，局部褐色沁。

《周禮·春官·大宗伯》：「以玄璜禮北方。」可見璜所用之古，禮遇之高，而春秋戰國禮崩樂壞之後璜則常見於隨身裝飾。此件璜之齒狀物實為簡化的龍首，可參考上海博物館藏一件戰國簡化雙龍首榖紋玉璜，見張尉著，《上海博物館藏品研究大系中國古代玉器》，上海，2009年，圖108。
