弥勒菩萨是世尊释迦牟尼的继任者，即未来佛。此尊造像三折枝式站立，头戴宝冠，发髻高耸，余发披肩。佩戴花型耳铛，华丽而精细。观音双目细长，目光下敛，双唇轻抿，嘴角微收，相容和煦，现慈悲柔和之态。上身袒露，下穿轻薄贴身的长裙，衣褶贴身流畅，凸显胯部丰腴之美。右手当胸施说法印，左手如有持物。飘带披在两肩，经过手腕缠绕垂两侧与薄裙连成一个大的体面，使站姿的造像增添了稳重感。莲花座取圆形覆莲式样，制作十分精美。整件作品制作精良，造型典雅，尤其衣褶的风动感和人体的柔和感，显得极为优秀，体现出菩萨协调、精致的造型美。
