直口，溜肩，鼓腹，圈足。肩部饰两耳，整器施青绿釉。肩部饰一周月花纹，器腹满刻缠枝牡丹，花朵硕大，在花周围上下回旋缠绕叶枝花蔓，身前有序，生动多姿。花叶内以级细的篦纹装饰。底部为一周仰莲瓣纹，莲瓣纹自南北朝时期开始兴起是因为佛教的兴起，对后世影响深远。
