此壶撇口，长颈，丰肩，腹部下收，圈足。肩部一侧饰长流，另一侧饰有弯柄与肩部相接。通体施青釉，肩部饰三道凸弦纹，简洁大方，曲中有直，增强了器物的整体气质，腹部刻三层莲瓣纹，从下而上依次渐大。纵观此壶，整体造型精致，釉面无杂质，具有玻璃质感。为龙泉窑典型器物。
