A pair of late 19th to early 20th century German 800 silver candlestick holders having a footed design with figural lion heads. Candle holders are partially weighted at base, and are hollow at shaft and cup.Impressed moon and crown marks with 800 purity and script "E" maker's marks to side of bases. Each measures approx. 13 1/4" height x 6 1/2" diameter (33.6cm x 16.5cm).
