此对砚滴以锡为材，作南瓜之形，瓜蒂巧作吸管，设计精妙，隽秀文雅，集实用与观赏性于一体，外壁上刻行书，下镌篆书，字体洒脱，颇具金石气味，且带有福厂、晓帆、尚高款识，极为珍贵。器底落“沈晓帆清玩”篆书方章刻款。原配木质锦盒及锦缎器座。
