NOTE: Frank Olive who died in NYC in 1995, created Hats for Norman Norell, Oscar de la Renta, Pauline Trigere, leading Department Stores and performers like Carol Burnett, Diana Ross and Peggy Lee. In 1985, Women's Wear Daily's "75 Years of Fashion" issue cited Mr. Olive as one of the influential designers of the century.
