Large Chinese Blanc de Chine Porcelain Guanyin, the Bodhisattva of compassion shown with 1000 helping hands and seated on a Lotus blossom throne surrounded at the base by the 8 Immortals (Baxian) and with a lotus leaf at the back; she holds over her head representations of the Sun & Moon and a figure of Buddha. Good condition with very light age related wear; 2 or 3 very tiny chips to the 8 Immortals. Height 31 1/2 inches (80 cm.).
