Good condition with normal age related wear to papers. Large Quarto. NOTE: These volumes were published on the occasion of an exhibition in Tokyo in 1941 at the Imperial Household Museum using th treasures from the Shosoin in Nara, many of which were exhibited for the first time since the Tang Dynasty Chinese Emperors gifted them to the Japanese Shomu Emperor in the 8th century.
