此壶造型简练大方、敦厚朴实、比例协调。其使用的泥质细腻洁净，做工精致，气韵俱佳。三弯的壶流配以飞把，高立的珠钮凸拔整器，十分稳重。采用描金工艺，以金水拟墨，书画于上，一面饰远山近水图，一面饰御制诗文。虽历经岁月描金山水画楼阁清晰可见，整壶尽显雍容华贵之气。器底钤“大清乾隆年制”六字方印。此壶表面以金彩装饰，是清初以来为满足宫廷需求的时尚作法，是宫廷风格的典范。此壶线条端正，稳重大方，实为壶中极品，为藏家共珍。
