Straight bladed knife with ornate handle and green velvet sheath.
The 6.5"L straight tapered edge has a raised central spine and sharp edges- the faces of the blade have been acid etched with floral designs and the words RECUERDO and possibt GOLEDO. Near the ricasso, GUILLAUME BREVET can be made out as well, implying a French as well as Spanish origin. The steel cross guard is a diamond pattern. The handle, splendidly adorned with a central knot of inlaid bone and copper, is bordered by engraved ferules. Sheath of deep green velvet and brass.
