Fitz and Floyd, Ltd. porcelain dishes in 2 patterns - Golden Heron and Kuruma, both discontinued, from circa 1979. Made in Japan. a) In Golden Heron pattern: 4 cups, 4 saucers, 2 bread plates, 3 salad plates, and 4 dinner plates with gilt rims and water/heron central motif; b) in Kuruma pattern, 6 black, red, and gold salad plates with pentagon and chrysanthemum pattern. All dishes have the Fitz and Floyd mark on base with name of pattern. Dimensions are: cups measure 3 inches diameter X 2 inches high; saucers measure 5 1/2 inches diameter; bread plates measure 6 1/2 inches diameter; salad plates measure 7 1/2 inches diameter; dinner plates measure 10 1/2 inches diameter.
