Artist Biography: Guido Biasi (1933 - 1984) was an Surrealist artist from Italy. He graduated from the College of Fine Arts in Naples and quickly became an intellectual fixture in the Surrealist art movement. He was a member of several art group manifestos and worked for arts magazines like Documento sud, Linea sud, and Homonymous. He exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City as part of their exhibition 'Dada, Surrealism, and Their Heritage' and is in the collection of the National Gallery of Art in Washington, DC.
