Monumental Tiger Iron Matrix Bowl by Konstantin Libman


Of monumental and impressive size, this large presentation bowl, was expertly carved from a single large piece of tiger's iron matrix from Western Australia. The edges are decorated with gilded decoration resembling a gold nugget, with a "claw-like" formation carved from rare blue hawk's eye quartz from South Africa. A gilt-metal strapwork adorns the underside of the bowl for added interest. This is a stunning lapidary work of art which is also functional created by an award-winning artist. Diameter 24 in
