Imperial Russian silver salt cellar in Pan-Slavic style made by P. Ovchinnikov featuring enamel monogram on the lid composed of two Cyrillic letters "NM" for Nikolai Mikhailovich (born in 1859, at Tsarskoe Selo near St. Petersburg - died (executed) in 1919 at St. Petersburg.The salt cellar features gilt interior is hallmarked on the lid and bottom with P. OVCHINNIKOV maker's mark, Imperial Russian 84 warrant, two Cyrillic letters "A.K." and date 1881.Weight: 5 oz., (142 g.)
