祥龙口部微张，鼻部回卷，脖至尾起廓。龙身蜷曲，如蔓延卷草，身体细长，脖、腹及尾弯曲，呈S形，尾末微微内卷收聚。其身镌出深线，勾勒五官。腰部翘扬。周身装饰卷云纹，也有说变体龙纹，是战国时期具有楚式标志性的龙纹纹样特征。春秋战国时期是中国玉器史上的一个高潮，此时期的玉作代表性甚高。此玉佩红沁周身分布，玉质润泽，包浆深沉，精工细巧，纹样规整，是高古玉爱好者的必藏之选。
