掌握乾坤-鸿禧美术馆旧藏烟壶呈扁瓶形，直口，卧足，为缠丝玛瑙质，半透明，灰黄色，壶身利用缠丝玛瑙的石纹机理，剔地雕刻叶片纹样，细腻道法，描绘叶纹丝丝入扣。壶身两侧方形开光内篆刻“长乐永康”、“延年益寿”，分别四款，显示吉祥心意。精细的雕工，润泽的质地，实为收藏把玩佳品。缠丝玛瑙的天然纹理由各种颜色以丝带形式相间缠绕而成，因相间色带细如游丝，所以称为缠丝玛瑙。如宽带，如细丝，甚为美妙。是清代王公贵族所喜爱的一类雅件。
